National Savings is making an effort to move onward on its revamp agenda. They are launching a mobile application “Qoumi Bachat Digital” for its investors. The app will be useful for the investors of the National Savings. It will help them by empowering them to view up-to-date certificate,access product-wise investment details, account balance, get SMS and email alerts on any transactions in the accounts, view transaction history and account statements, search draw results of prize bonds and to save prize bond numbers for future draws.
Qoumi Bachat Digital will be accessible in both languages, English and Urdu versions for the comfort of the people and to facilitate the investors of the National Savings.
A press release told that, “In the present age, National Savings has 223 branches and 70% of its data is operated automatically or online. The remaining data is in the process of being automatize”. The latest version of the mobile app is non-financial version, without the option of financial transactions. An updated version with financial transactions, with various other features will be launched in the next phase. National Savings also launched a Call Center, which is backed by a Computerized Complaint Resolution System. The call center can be accessed through 051-9226635. Through these strategies, National Savings has modified itself from a manually-run organization to a digital financial platform.
