CORRUPT DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CONTINUES TO WAGE WAR ON AMERICANS

As we stop today to remember the 3,0000 victims murdered on September 11, 2001, by Islamic Terrorists, it is equally important that we remember the rally cries from Americans who without hesitation enlisted in Armed Forces across our nation to tell those responsible that Hell was coming for each of them. One of those brave Americans is Benjamen Burlew. Benjamen enlisted in the United States Army and served on active duty from June 14, 2001 – February 5, 2009.

He was deployed seven times, and it is estimated he was involved in over 500 firefights. While on deployment in Afghanistan during a firefight he was blown off the side of a mountain resulting in a broken back. Among many health issues related to combat, Benjamen also suffers from traumatic brain injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, and shrapnel which leaches out of his body even after 15 years.

He is hypersensitive to loud noise and fears riding in vehicles due to the experiences of seeing many of his friends blown up in their vehicles by hostiles. He is plagued by nightmares and memories of blood, bodies, and chaos. Benjamen struggles with the day-to-day errands we take for granted. Benjamen relies on stringent planning to leave his home. His coping mechanisms involve self-isolation, reading his Bible, and the support of his wife Brandi and his children.

On January 6, 2021, Benjamen arrived to peacefully exercise his First Amendment Rights given to him under the protection of the United States Constitution. He had to have known that the large crowds and noise would place a strain on his mental wellbeing, but due to his patriotic commitment to his country, he felt an obligation to attend. He along with thousands of Americans arrived to voice their concern over an election riddled with integrity issues. They came armed with prayer, bibles, music instruments, and American flags. They had no clue they would become pawns in a grab for political power and prey for what has become the most powerful office in the land, The Department of Justice.

Since January 6, 2021, the Department of Justice has made it their mission to destroy the lives of Americans who do not fall in line with a false narrative. Benjamen is one of 1500+ Americans who have been arrested, tortured, and kept in inhumane conditions. Despite his physical injuries and combat related trauma Benjamen has been separated from his family and until today he was being held in the Washington DC prison known as the DC GULAG due to its reputation of inhumane treatment to those in prisoned.

On Monday, September 9, 2024, Representative Marjorie Taylor Green held a public hearing to discuss the cruel and inhumane treatment of those arrested for being at the capital on January 6, 2021. Benjamen Burlew’s wife Brandy and his attorney Jonathan Gross were among those in attendance who gave statements during the hearing. Oklahoma State Representative Josh Brecheen was able to meet with Benjamen after the hearing.

Prior to the hearing there were no plans to move Benjamen out of the Washington DC prison, after the hearing and without any discussion with his attorney and wife, the Department of Justice relocated Benjamen to the Philadelphia prison. As of this article, Attorney Jonathan Gross has filed 3 motions to prevent the relocation of Benjamen and to return him to Washington DC. Judge Randolph Moss denied all motions and denied a hearing to discuss Benjamen’s relocation.

It appears Justice no longer resides in the courtrooms of America. Lady Justice has been issued a gag order. Thugs who have not contributed anything to America can burn down our cities, loot stores, take over apartment complexes, destroy our monuments, human traffic thousands of children, and flood our streets with drugs without repercussions.

Our politicians call our Constitution “outdated” declare war on our Supreme Court Justices, flood our cities with unvetted illegals, give our hard-earned money to individuals who have never contributed one thing to our nation, burn our flags, as they sit aloft and count their millions.

Thousands upon Thousands of Americans to include Benjamen Burlew gave all to a country and a belief which no longer exists. For those who take time today to remember all the lives taken by evil on September 11, 2001, please take a moment to say a prayer for Benjamen and all the other Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan combat veterans arrested for peacefully exercising a right on January 6, 2021, they earned.
